Did the shower room a lot better than planned. The leak caused serious damage to the joist which was not anticipated but Dmitrij was so nice and suggested a reliable and cost effective option which was to cut off and replace the damaged joist which he did to perfection. He came in on weekend to ensure he did the extra work as well as the original work within planned time. He actually brought in his air purifier to ensure air was safe for my kids! I just can't recommend him enough to anyone looking for a kind, genuine, honest tradesman! He will be doing my other bathroom when ready! Honestly a top guy!
